Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Update our ATS on each step of the hiring process
- Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Posting job openings to job channels and social media platforms
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
- Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand
- Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed
- Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience in an office environment
- Any prior experience in Recruitment
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
