Job Summary
Job Description
This internship as a Recruitment Assistant at Smilegate Holdings involves supporting the recruitment process and enhancing candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing applications through various platforms, providing real-time support to applicants, and assisting with the operation of the group's talent acquisition programs such as the developer community engagement and Smile Connector programs. The role requires strong communication skills, interest in HR/Recruitment, and familiarity with the gaming industry. The internship is for 6 months.

자격요건
- 입사 후 6개월간 근무 가능한 자
- 채용/인사분야로 커리어를 쌓고자 하는 분
필요역량

- 게임 산업에 대한 관심과 이해
우대사항
- 채용 어시스턴트 경험 보유자 우대
