Job Description

  • Assist the Sales Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies.

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales or a related role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Opera program.

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
