About the Team The IT Category Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing and vendor management of IT hardware, software, ICT system integration and digital contents. Responsibilities: - Search and develop supplier resources which match the business' demand. - Utilize data to identify gaps and vendor management improvement opportunities and drive implementation. - Actively identify problems and disputes, and seek solutions. For repetitive problems, identify root causes and drive improvement throughout improved systems or processes. - Continuously optimizing cost through planning of supplier selection strategies and negotiations. - Ensure on-time delivery and high quality of service/products through continuous supplier management and performance management. Establish long-term mutual beneficial partnerships with vendors which has high willingness and high capability.

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant Technology sourcing/procurement experience, especially IT software area. - In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation, etc.) - Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with global key manufacturers and resellers in the IT industry. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Project/Program Management. - 3+years experience and knowledge of various IT Network and infrastructure related technology (Audiovisual Conferencing, Physical & Data Security, Networking, Switching, and Wireless) is a plus. - Knowledge of construction project-related tendering processes and regulations is a plus. - Knowledge of contract terms and conditions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interpret financial data and apply it to decision-making.
