As a member of our Brand & Creative team, the Junior Production Designer will partner with Copywriters and Art Directors to create designs for various channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM. Our ideal candidate blends a passion for creativity, a collaborative spirit, and confidence. You will directly contribute to high-impact design campaigns and creative executions across channels to continue to build the DraftKings brand with our audience.
Work with the Creative Director and Design Director to establish and execute the creative vision for various projects.
Conceptualize and design promotional assets including, but not limited to, videos, landing pages, logos, digital banners, and emails.
Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.
Become an expert on brand and strategic marketing goals.
Establish an authentic “fan-to-fan” connection to build relationships with our targets.
Proactively develop ideas that establish DraftKings as an innovative early adopter of technologies that bring sports fans closer to the games they love.
Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technology.
At least one year of professional experience in a design role, experience in an agency environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
Experience developing award-winning creative for major B2C brands.
A demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential & social).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with quick deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
Figma and LP design a plus.
A relevant portfolio must be provided.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 51,200.00 USD - 64,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
