We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented person for the position of Key Account Services Technician who wishes to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that improve organizational efficiency and performance.
Functions of the position:
- Management of assigned accounts globally as the client's main interlocutor with the objective of fulfilling acquired commitments, responding to and coordinating pending tasks, ensuring a positive client perception.
- Personalized attention, resolution of technical and functional problems.
- Delivery of training sessions to clients (online and/or in-person) on new product versions, with the purpose of offering anticipation to client doubts, as well as client visits when necessary.
- Specific support and accompaniment to clients during peak periods or work campaigns.
- Analyze, propose, and report actions aimed at better account management, as well as services.
- Identify and propose improvements in contracted services, attending to greater account loyalty.
- And, in general, any other function necessary to guarantee the quality and loyalty offered to clients.
Minimum requirements:
- Specific availability for the position (flexible hours, framework between 8h to 17:30h)
- Training and knowledge/tool management:
- Intermediate or Higher Degree
- Knowledge of theoretical accounting and tax matters
- Desirable knowledge in Wolters Kluwer Tax/Accounting solutions
- Knowledge of IT environments and MSOffice suite (proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
