Job Description

Capco is seeking a Lawyer for their Macaé/RJ office. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law and 3 years of proven experience in administrative contract management, specifically in EPC and/or EPCI projects. Key responsibilities include providing technical support in contract analysis, correspondence, drafting legal documents, monitoring contractual requirements, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will also manage technical consultations and participate in contract management meetings.
Must Have:
  • 3 years of proven experience in administrative contract management in EPC and/or EPCI modality for large projects
  • Administrative contract management
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite
  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Technical support in analyzing and archiving correspondence (physical and electronic) and drafting letters and meeting minutes
  • Technical support in monitoring and addressing identified and recorded pending issues in meeting minutes
  • Technical support in drafting addendums to the EPCI contract and other project contracts
  • Technical support in controlling contractual requirements of the EPCI contract and other project contracts
  • Technical support in preparing and controlling spreadsheets related to the administrative inspection phase of contracts
  • Drafting reports and presentations related to the project
  • Preparing, monitoring, and controlling technical consultations and analyzing their respective opinions (tax, finance, accounting, legal, compliance, customs, etc.)
  • Technical support in managerial presentations and reports
  • Providing technical support in monitoring and controlling RO (Occurrence Records) of contracts linked to the project, indicating points of attention for contract inspection
  • Participating in meetings focused on contract management
  • Preparing monthly presentations and reports with the executed analysis
  • Preparing meeting minutes, managerial presentations, and reports
  • Providing technical support in monitoring and implementing corrective actions with inspection
  • Providing technical support in monitoring project document management indicators

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 (three) years of proven experience in administrative contract management in EPC and/or EPCI modality for large projects;
  • Administrative contract management;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite;
