Job Summary

AriensCo is seeking a passionate Master Service Technician to join their Customer Service Team in Brillion, WI. This role involves providing expert technical support to customers and dealers throughout the product life cycle, ensuring service needs are met quickly and effectively. The technician will diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues related to electrical, engine, hydraulic, mechanical, and transaxle drive systems, conduct product research, process warranty claims, and create aftersales product support resources.

Must Have

  • Diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies.
  • Expertise in electrical, four-cycle engine, hydraulic, mechanical, and transaxle drive systems.
  • Conduct product research of internal data.
  • Review and process warranty claims.
  • Provide support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives.
  • Create internal and external resources for aftersales product support.
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College/technical school.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or similar.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) and Dynamic 365.

Good to Have

  • Experience with service over the telephone.
  • Willingness to obtain Ariens Academy and other technical training certifications.

Job Description

AriensCo, a global leader in outdoor power equipment, is looking for a passionate Master Service Technician to join our Customer Service Team in Brillion, WI. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and dealers by providing expert technical support throughout the entire product life cycle—ensuring service needs are met quickly and effectively.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Act as subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies that can include but not limited to the following: electrical systems, four-cycle engine, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and transaxle drive systems
  • Conduct product research of internal data including warranty, recorded customer service interactions, field team feedback to be shared with internal groups
  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by dealer network
  • Provide support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives and other staff
  • Create internal and external resources for aftersales product support
  • Participate and/or lead special projects as product service expert related to new product development, service assessments, and product research as requested

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College/ technical school
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or other industry with similar products
  • Experience and/or training in a customer service environment required; experience with service over the telephone is desired
  • Ability to skillfully document and organize interactions, meeting notes, issues, etc. using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Dynamic 365, and more
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Able and willing to obtain Ariens Academy and other technical training certifications
