Next-Generation Game Content and System Planner

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content and System Planner for their next-generation game project. Responsibilities include game content and system design using Unreal Engine 5, designing the overall game economy and balance, setting and adjusting the value of in-game currency and items. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in economic and system planning, a strong understanding of data-driven balancing, and excellent communication skills. The role involves participation in the entire game development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch. Experience with UX/UI design and open-mindedness are considered advantageous.
