Job Description

Smilegate RPG seeks a Service Development PM for their flagship title, Lost Ark. The role involves strategic planning and execution for game service, operations, and billing. Key responsibilities include project management (scheduling, resource allocation, performance tracking), and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong understanding of online/mobile game services, data analysis, and proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and service model design skills are essential. Familiarity with Lost Ark and international service experience are highly desirable.

Job Details

담당업무

- 게임 서비스/운영/빌링 전략 수립 및 단계별 실행 계획 수립 - 프로젝트 일정, 리소스, 성과 관리.

자격요건

- 온라인, 모바일 게임 서비스에 대한 이해도가 높은 분 - 게임 데이타 분석에 대한 이해도가 높은 분 - 관련 경력 3년 이상인 분

필요역량

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 (설득 및 협상 능력) - 서비스 모델 기획 및 설계 - 데이터 리터러시

우대사항

- 다양한 게임과 서비스에 대한 이해가 높으신 분 - 해외 서비스 경험이 있으신 분. - 로스트아크에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
