Job Description
This role, based in Seongnam, South Korea, involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate's game titles. Responsibilities encompass Mobile/PC game launch and operation management, streamlining launch processes, technical risk management, resolving internal/external technical issues, and managing/documenting technical policies. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in the IT or gaming industry, expertise in project management (scope, schedule, quality, risk, change), and a deep understanding of mobile/PC game launch processes. Strong technical leadership and communication skills are essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years IT/Gaming experience

- Mobile/PC game launch knowledge
- Technical issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience as a technical PM
- Large project launch/operation experience
- Proficiency with Jira/Redmine

- 기술 이슈를 리딩하며 원할한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분

우대사항
- 업계 기술PM 업무 경험이 있는 분
- 대형 프로젝트 서비스 런칭/운영 경험이 있는 분
- Jira, 레드마인 등 협업/생산성 도구를 이해하고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 분
