We need your professional experience:
- 1+ year as a Lead or Manager, 3+ years in Project Management;
- Experience in iGaming, high-risk, and fast-paced environments;
- Able to generate data-driven projects plans and reports that demonstrate confidence in hitting milestones;
- Proven record of leading teams of 10-15 people in companies with 150+ employees;
- Expertise in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes;
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, with strong strategic planning and operational execution capabilities;
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, and Gantt charts;
- Advanced English proficiency.
