As a Project Management Lead, you will be at the heart of our VIP team, playing a key role leading the PM team to successfully deliver projects with international teams on a global scale.

• Develop hiring plans, manage budgets, and lead impactful VIP client projects;
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and progress.

We need your professional experience:

• 1+ year as a Lead or Manager, 3+ years in Project Management;
• Experience in iGaming, high-risk, and fast-paced environments;
• Able to generate data-driven projects plans and reports that demonstrate confidence in hitting milestones;
• Proven record of leading teams of 10-15 people in companies with 150+ employees;
• Expertise in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes;
• Skilled in managing multiple projects, with strong strategic planning and operational execution capabilities;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, and Gantt charts;
• Advanced English proficiency.
