Playnetic is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead organizational change encompassing people, processes, and technology. This role is crucial in implementing new ways of working within the Engineering department, transforming outdated processes to support a growing studio production. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can work across departments, develop and implement plans, streamline processes, drive efficiency, and navigate challenging priorities. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to define and prioritize transformation initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading adoption of new processes and technologies, utilizing data analytics for assessment and adjustment, and planning the future strategic direction of the organization. The Transformation Manager will report directly to the CTO and play a key role in transforming the entire engineering process.
Must have:
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience in game development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

We're on the hunt for an experienced Transformation Manager to join our new and growing team!

We are a company building world class online casino games and we are looking for someone who can lead an organisation change encompassing people, process and technology.

This is a key role in implementing new ways of working alongside our leadership team. Our Engineering department is within a legacy state of working with an outdated set of processes needing transformation to enable working with a growing studio production. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can work across departments, develop and implement plans, streamline processes and drive efficiency through negotiating challenging priorities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and used to dealing with ambiguity that will turn into tangible, measurable deliverables.

The Transformation Manager will be working alongside and reporting directly into our CTO to transform a whole engineering process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Partner with leadership to define and prioritise transformation initiatives that align with company goals and vision.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to align project goals, gather feedback, and ensure a collaborative approach to change
  • Lead the adoption of new processes, technologies, and mindsets across teams, using effective communication, training, and support strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Use data analytics to assess project success, measure KPIs, and adjust transformation strategies based on quantitative insights.
  • Plan and articulate the future strategic direction of the organisation, including developing new tools and features that will drive transformation and change to improve the operational efficiency

ABOUT YOU

  • You will have a good understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Particularly Agile and Scrum
  • Experience in game development and an understanding of the technical challenges involved
  • You're a great communicator, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams. If you have done this at a remote company already, even better!
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
