Job Description

The OCM Sr. Analyst provides change management support for initiatives and projects. They may lead smaller projects and support change impact analyses. Responsibilities include assessing readiness for change, identifying stakeholders, and developing strategies to overcome resistance. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to create communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management deliverables. The analyst provides coaching for project teams and impacted managers and supervisors, schedules training, and defines/measures success metrics, and tracks/reports identified issues. This role requires fluency in Spanish and may require access to export-controlled commodities, requiring eligibility for US Government authorizations.

Job Details

What success looks like in this role: • Provides change management support for defined initiatives and projects. • May lead smaller and/or less complex projects. • Supports change impact analyses, assessing readiness for change and identifying key stakeholders. • Contributes to the identification of potential change resistance and supports development of strategies / tactics to overcome anticipated resistance. • Collaborates with change management team members and stakeholders to create actionable deliverables for:  o Communication,  o Sponsorship,  o Coaching,  o Training,  o Resistance management. • Provides coaching for change-associated project teams and for impacted managers, supervisors and other stakeholders. • Schedules and delivers training as required. • Works with change management colleagues to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. • Tracks and reports identified issues. You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Fluent Spanish speaking and writing highly preferred.
