Job Description
As an Operational Excellence Project Specialist, you will drive internal transformation by managing large-scale, complex cross-departmental programs and projects. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure the success of these initiatives, working with stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance, and the global PMO. This role offers opportunities for professional development in project management and consulting. Your responsibilities will include identifying and solving issues, managing progress, and engaging with stakeholders. The role is based at the head office in Azabudai Hills.
Must have:
- Experience in identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in progress management.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Project management skills (PMI-PMP preferred).
- Negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (in any field of study).
Good to have:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Business level English (TOEIC score of 600 or higher).

あなたの役割
- グローバルチームとも連携して社内の部門横断プログラム＆プロジェクトを成功に導き、会社の変革、課題解決を実現します。主なステークホルダーは、営業、マーケティング、ファイナンス、など国内社員、またグローバルPMOメンバーです。
- 大規模・複雑なプログラム＆プロジェクトマネジメント、またコンサルタント業務に関する専門知識や能力開発が可能になります。
このポジションに求められる実務経験、スキル等
- 課題発見・課題解決、進捗管理、ステークホルダーマネジメント、医療業界経験があれば尚可
- プロジェクトマネジメント(PMI-PMPを取得していると尚可)、ネゴシエーション
- 大学卒以上（文系、理系問わず）
- ビジネス英語（TOEIC 600以上であれば尚可）

【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より6ヶ月）
【業務内容】（雇入れ直後）上記のとおり（変更の範囲）会社の定める業務
【就業場所】（雇入れ直後） 本社（麻布台ヒルズ）（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間：原則として12:00-13:00
【休日】毎週土曜日（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日）
【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間（2年度～5年度 20日／6年度以降 25日 付与）、CareLeave（年間10日間）、Sick Leave（年間最大30日間）ほか
【時間外労働】あり
