The Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for the design and implementation of organisational development programs that align with company goals and objectives. Developing and facilitating learning and development initiatives is also a key element of this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and facilitate training workshops and programs on topics such as culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness and performance management
• Develop and implement projects on a variety of leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness topics
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems 
• Identify, gather, share and publicise resources, tools and best practices for key initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation
• Collaborate with People Partners and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop efficient & cost-effective solutions to address them
• Provide coaching and consulting on leadership development
• Provide analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations and action planning based on employee survey results including employee engagement, 360 feedback and other organisational assessments 

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline is desired
• Certification in relevant areas such as change management (e.g., Prosci), leadership development, or organisational behaviour preferred 
• 5+ years of experience as an Organisational Development Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing OD initiatives
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and adult learning theory
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, workshops and team interventions
• Experience with 360 feedback and psychometric testing preferred
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of organisational development objectives
