The part-time Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of integrated analysis across various measurement frameworks and scorecards. The analyst will compile and present findings related to campaign performance clearly and concisely. The role involves supporting the analysis of campaign data to derive actionable insights that improve integrated marketing performance, evaluating the effects of audience selection, media mix, and content strategy on campaign outcomes, conducting social listening, gathering and reporting on Paid/Owned/Earned performance, and working closely with the creative team to tell the story behind the data. The analyst will also be responsible for data cleaning and preparation for review.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of analytics or insights experience
  • Experience in social media campaign analysis
  • Experience driving creative campaign results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good to have:
  • Passion for gaming, especially RPG games
  • Familiar with social media tools

ABOUT THE JOB

We seek a part-time Analyst with a solid foundation in social media analytics and a passion for data-driven storytelling. In this role, you will support the development of integrated analysis across various measurement frameworks and scorecards. You will assist in compiling and presenting findings related to campaign performance clearly and concisely for both internal teams and clients.

IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • This is a part-time hourly role that is paid via W2 payroll.
  • We seek candidates who have worked at integrated marketing agencies and have hands-on experience supporting analytics and insights for social media campaigns. This agency experience is a must-have.
  • You MUST have experience telling the creative story behind campaigns using data. 
  • A genuine love for video games, especially RPG titles, is highly valued.
  • Although this role is remote, candidates should be based in the West Coast Region of the US.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the analysis of campaign data to help derive actionable insights that improve integrated marketing performance.
  • Assist in evaluating the effects of audience selection, media mix, and content strategy on campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct social listening using established tools and queries, including data cleaning and preparation for review.
  • Help gather and report on Paid/Owned/Earned performance using a combination of native platform tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) and third-party platforms.
  • Work with the creative team closely in order to tell the story that the data provides around the success of campaigns.


ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics or insights roles, ideally within a marketing agency setting.
  • Experience supporting social media campaign analysis within an integrated marketing agency environment.
  • MUST have experience helping drive creative agency campaign results with art and copy based creatives in a social media environment.
  • Passion for gaming, especially RPG games, is a big plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiar with common social media measurement and listening tools.
