Votre principale mission ? Créer une expérience candidat.e inoubliable et bùtir des équipes de passioné.e.s pour relever les défis de demain

  • Travailler dans un milieu crĂ©atif en constante Ă©volution et oĂč les choses bougent rapidement; vous ĂȘtes en mesure de jongler plusieurs prioritĂ©s en mĂȘme temps.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les candidat·e·s, en leur offrant une communication continue et une expĂ©rience remarquable.
  • Instaurer un vĂ©ritable partenariat stratĂ©gique avec les gestionnaires basĂ© sur la confiance mutuelle.
  • Élaborer vos propres stratĂ©gies de sourcing, maĂźtriser les recherches Boolean, et bĂątir un rĂ©seau pour trouver et sĂ©lectionner les talents requis pour notre projet unique,
  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Producteurs et les Leads pour identifier les besoins en recrutement et dĂ©finir les exigences des nouveaux postes.
  • Nouer des liens avec les communautĂ©s Tech et Jeu VidĂ©o en AmĂ©rique du Nord.
  • RĂ©diger, publier les offres d'emploi et trier les candidatures reçues via l’ATS (Workday).
  • Maintenir un pipeline de talents Ă  jour et fournir des suivis rĂ©guliers pour tenir les responsables du recrutement informĂ©s des progrĂšs.
  • Communiquer efficacement, en français et en anglais, autant Ă  l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Bilinguisme obligatoire.

  • Faire preuve de proactivitĂ© et de crĂ©ativitĂ© pour la recherche et l’approche de candidats passifs; on priorise une approche naturelle et humaine.
  • PossĂ©der une expertise approfondie en sourcing de talents dans l'industrie du jeu vidĂ©o et TI pour des rĂŽles de sĂ©nioritĂ©s et expertises variĂ©es (Ă  l’aide de Linkedin Recruiter, ArtStation, Discord, Github etc...)
  • Étre dotĂ©.e d’une expĂ©rience dans l'Ă©laboration de stratĂ©gies d’attraction de talents ; vous ĂȘtes capable de concevoir des stratĂ©gies d’acquisition de talents qui rĂ©pondent aux besoins de recrutement du studio Ă  court et Ă  long terme.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  construire et Ă  maintenir un pipeline de candidat.e.s pour des rĂŽles spĂ©cialisĂ©s et nichĂ©s Ă  jour.

What will you do?

Join us in Montreal as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner! You will play a key role in the growth of our studio by attracting the most promising talents in the industry.

Your main mission? Create an unforgettable candidate experience and build passionate teams to tackle tomorrow's challenges.

  • Work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving creative environment; you will be able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Establish strong relationships with candidates, offering continuous communication and a remarkable experience.
  • Foster a true strategic partnership with managers based on mutual trust.
  • Develop your own sourcing strategies, master Boolean searches, and build a network to find and select the talents required for our unique project.
  • Work closely with Producers and Leads to identify recruitment needs and define the requirements for new positions.
  • Build connections with the Tech and Video Game communities in North America.
  • Write and post job openings, and screen applications received through the ATS (Workday).
  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline and provide regular updates to keep hiring managers informed of progress.
  • Communicate effectively in both French and English, both orally and in writing. Bilingualism is mandatory.

What do we expect from a Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • Demonstrate proactivity and creativity in sourcing and approaching passive candidates; we prioritize a natural and human approach.
  • Possess in-depth expertise in sourcing talent in the video game and IT industries for roles of varying seniorities and expertise (using LinkedIn Recruiter, ArtStation, Discord, GitHub, etc.).
  • Have experience in developing talent attraction strategies; you can design talent acquisition strategies that meet the studio's short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates for specialized and niche roles.
  • Be efficient, proactive, and highly autonomous (we offer a lot of flexibility!).
  • Show great open-mindedness and excellent teamwork spirit!
  • Possess high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
