The Payroll Partner will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, arranging and monitoring employee leave (including social, annual, and unpaid leave), registering electronic sick leave certificates, documenting intellectual property rights, making notifications to the Pension Fund regarding hiring/dismissal/transfer of employees, arranging financial assistance agreements, maintaining military records, monitoring the performance of work by gig contractors, and maintaining the work time sheet. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the payroll processes within a creative and inclusive finance team.
