What We Need
We are looking for a detail- and service-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People Team reporting into the Las Vegas office five days a week. They will support the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, employee inquiries, and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. This is a great ground-floor opportunity for someone looking for a career in People Operations.
What You Will Do

Serve as a point of contact for all administrative tasks across People Ops initiatives including but not limited to; employee data changes, verifications, onboarding setup & paperwork, etc.

Operate in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and manage all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.

Be a collaborator in the offboarding and termination process following established company procedures

Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

Represent the 2K culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees
What Will Make You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent or 1+ year related experience
-
Experience and understanding of Nevada human resources principles and practices, such as: wage and hour, employment law, safety, and EEO compliance

Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow, completing projects on or ahead of schedule

Strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including advanced Excel/ Sheets skills

Very strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organizational levels
