Job Description
As a project manager for a large-scale game title, you will be responsible for the following management tasks: Planning and execution of content development strategies, project budgeting and performance management, preparation and reporting of various reports for management, schedule management and personnel adjustments, external liaison and coordination with external partner companies including overseas, coordination with other departments within the company, and planning and proposal of promotions. This role offers opportunities to work with people from various industries and professions both inside and outside the company and gives you autonomy to work.

大規模なゲームタイトルのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、下記の管理業務をお任せします。
社内外問わず、様々な業界・職種の方と関わり合いながら、裁量を持って業務に取り組んでいただきます。
- コンテンツ開発における戦略立案と実行
- プロジェクトの予算策定、予実管理業務
- 経営層に向けた各種レポートの作成と報告
- スケジュール管理や人員調整等、プロジェクトの進行に関わる各種業務
- 海外を含めた外部の協力会社との渉外、調整業務
- 社内の他部署との連携、調整業務
- プロモーションの企画、提案
