Job Description
Nielsen seeks a Project Manager - Operations to manage simple and low-complexity media projects related to TV & Media Audits. Responsibilities include daily project planning and management, overseeing TV or Digital Media Audit projects, data processing and quality checks, acting as an internal expert on analysis and administration tools, conducting feasibility checks and resource planning, supporting sales efforts, managing client communication (including UEFA and FIFA), improving project delivery processes, supervising freelancers, and contributing to resource planning and utilization. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication and English skills, and has experience in project management.

Job Purpose
Subject matter expert role. Project manager manages partly or completely simple and low complex media projects associated with TV & Media Audit
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & management of day to day activity for the project delivery plan
- Management of TV or Digital Media Audit projects
- TV reporting , data processing and quality checks or -Digital data collection and processing incl. quality checks
- Positions him/herself internally as expert of used analysis tools (e.g. MAT, BSA tool, ROME, etc.) and administration tools (Personnel deployment planning, project specifications)
- Feasibility check, resources plan and costs calculation
- Sales support for commercial markets: offer support, client meetings
- Account management/ client communication (UEFA, FIFA)
- Improvement of project delivery process
- Supervision, training & guidance for freelancers
- Resource planning and utilization of freelancers
- Client Interaction & management
- Product Management
