We're looking for a QA Lead to join our team. If you have a keen eye for quality, are passionate about video games, and have great management skills -- come and join us!


Responsibilities:


  • Supervising and mentoring Software Testers in day-to-day responsibilities, including debugging, logging, and communicating with the Engineering team.
  • Provide constructive guidance to testers to improve their work performance.
  • Develop a plan that meets the week-to-week testing requirements and expectations at a team level, and lead the team in executing that plan.
  • Escalate issues to the proper owners so that major issues are visible and handled as early in the development process as possible.
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information and requirements between the feature team(s), production, and QA.
  • Ensure that automation efforts are moving forward effectively and efficiently
  • Implement KPIs for gauging product quality.
  • Define the process of Risk Assessment and Management by identifying, escalating, and mitigating all testing, process, and product risks.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for manual testing and identify candidates for automation.


Skills & Requirements:


  • 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, and ability to collaborate with Engineers in establishing best practices for automated testing at different test levels.
  • Strong communication ability within a multidisciplinary team.
  • English level: Reading -- High. Listening -- Medium. Speaking -- Medium.


Nice-to-have-Skills


  • Experience working on a project developed with UE4.
