JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Zuora Manager, experienced in managing full-cycle of Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations with a very strong technical skill set in customizing Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ as per client requirements. Role will require experience and capability in project management, team management, solutioning, design, development, unit testing, products configurations, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and leading project milestones

Position Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management of Zuora Billing and CPQ projects Excellent client-facing skills and communication (written/verbal) skills Regular connect with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and track project progress Design and develop technical components translating functional requirements using Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ Should have hands-on experience in implementation and management of Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ projects Proficiency in solutioning, developing Zuora Workflows and various Integrations inbound/outbound to Zuora Proficiency in Zuora Marketplace Apps and its customization At least 2 Zuora Billing Certification/ badges are a must Functional expertise like GL concepts, Accounting, Revenue, Trail Balance, User Access and Roles, Billing Rules, pricing models, product configurations, payments, Notifications, 360 sync are must Technical expertise like Data Query, SQL, ZOQL, Liquid coding in workflows, Invoice template customization using HTML, APEX coding in CPQ, Rules and plug ins in Zuora CPQ, Flow triggers, Zuora Billing and CPQ Object Models Experience in translating client requirements into technical specifications and solution design Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution Resource management, Risk Management skills and ability to handle complex team issues Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, best practices and documentation requirements across project phases Expertise in multiple Delivery Practices including Agile methodology
