eBayは、日本でのプレゼンス拡大のため、2018年にQoo10.jp事業を買収しました。

当社は、この急成長中の事業におけるMOVE by Qoo10(ファッション領域)の流通拡大とブランド認知拡大を牽引する人材を求めています。

【役割と目的】
MOVE事業の全体を掌握し、短期・中期・長期それぞれにて戦略を立案・推進していただきます。

主な役割はオンライン市場の1つであるMOVE且つ、ファッションカテゴリーにおいて、

ビジネス及び業界に関する専門性を生かし売上や事業を加速させるための業務遂行をしてもらいます。
　
【職務内容】

-チームの損益を管理し、成長目標を達成する

-チームを牽引し、様々なビジネスイニシアティブを推進し、社内外のリソースと協力的かつ迅速に連携する
-アパレル・ファッションの大手企業・ネット有力店舗の新規開拓
-アパレル・ファッションの大手企業との提携、提案
-アパレル・ファッションの大手企業との契約締結
-製品の共同開発、マーケティング、キャンペーンなどの運営に関する継続窓口
-ビジネスを改善するための実行力と俯瞰的な視点
-マネージャーとして2～3名のメンバーを率います

　
【必須経験】 

-社会人経験経験10年以上
-マネージャー職または人事管理3年以上(日本人メンバーの管理)

-営業関連職務経験3年以上

-ファッション業界知見

-ネイティブレベルのビジネス日本語力（会話、読解、筆記）
