Job Description

This internship at WeChat Pay Japan offers a chance to contribute to the growth of WeChat Pay's presence in the Japanese market. You'll be involved in various aspects of business operations, including collaborating with business development teams to enhance customer relationships and drive new business initiatives, conducting market research to understand user trends and identify opportunities, and supporting the deployment of promotional materials. Your responsibilities will also include communication with business partners and exploring collaborative ventures to expand user reach and generate new revenue streams.

Must have:

Fluent in Chinese and Japanese
Project planning & execution
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of WeChat and WeChatPay
Strong analytical skills

Good to have:

Experience in store management
Proven track record of project success

Responsibilities:

【仕事内容】
1. ビジネスオペレーション：ビジネスディベロップメント（BD）と協力して顧客との連携を強化し、新規ビジネスの訴求に繋げる。重要取引先(KA) やその他の企業と連携し、販促物などの制作、事業を促進させる。
2. マーケットリサーチ、以下に限らず：
A.店舗調査：オフラインストアの販促物に関して店舗、販売店へ現地訪問し確認をする。
B. 市場変動：オンラインリサーチ、マーケティングレポート、オフラインの店舗や販売店訪問を通じて市場情報を定期的に調査し、利用状況を評価・比較する。
C. ユーザーリサーチ：オンライン、オフライン販売店への訪問を通じてユーザーの利用状況やユーザーエクスペリエンスの統計を収集する。
3. 販促物配置：ビジネスパートナーがカバーしきれていない地域や店舗、販売店に対し販促物を設置する。
4. ビジネスコミュニケーション：ビジネスパートナー（例：店舗、銀行、フィンテック企業、政府、企業）と製品のアップデートを共有し、進捗状況を説明するミーティングをサポートする。
5. コラボレーションの探求：主要商業地域、大学内クラブなどとのコラボレーションを企画し、ユーザーコミュニティマーケティングへの訴求とともにコラボレーションを通じて新規利用状況や消費率を観察、研究し統計を分析することで新規協働機会を探る。

Requirements:

【職務要件】
1. 中国語と日本語の両方が流暢であること。
2. プロジェクトの企画および実行力を持ち分析レポートを適切に作成できること。
3. コミュニケーションが好きで熱意があり積極的に仕事を遂行できること。
4. WeChatおよびWeChat Payの製品やエコシステムに興味があり、決済事業全体を理解していること。
4.店舗管理の経験や、自身が関わったプロジェクトにて成果があることなどが望ましい。
