Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring top-level specialists globally. Your role involves guiding candidates through the interview process, collaborating with external teams, and optimizing the recruitment process. You will identify and engage with specialists in fields like international Olympiads and Kaggle Competitions, providing them a positive interview experience. You will need to be fluent in English and familiar with multiple cultures to effectively communicate with candidates and you will optimize every stage of the search process and making our recruitment better. The role offers the chance to work with world-class specialists, use your English, and join a great recruitment team.

Must have:

Previous experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth

Good to have:

Strong interest in IT, programming, modern technologies
Any technical and trading background

Getting to know top-level specialists who have achieved success in international Olympiads, Kaggle Competitions, and other highly competitive arenas, showcasing their exceptional expertise in their respective fields
You will be involved in the entire cycle, being his trusted guide through all stages of his exciting interview adventure
You will collaborate with external teams, overseeing and managing the overall interaction with external agencies
Constantly optimizing every stage of the search process and making our recruitment better

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:

Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable
High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth

NICE-TO-HAVE:
