SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Retention Specialist to develop and execute strategies for player retention, engagement, and churn reduction. This role involves tailoring efforts to various player segments, analyzing behavior using data analytics tools, and planning targeted marketing campaigns. The specialist will track key performance indicators, generate reports, manage player feedback, and segment players to maximize lifetime value.

Must Have:
  • Execute strategies to retain players, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
  • Tailor retention efforts to various player segments, focusing on maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour through data analytics tools.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-game messages).
  • Track the performance of campaigns and adjust based on results.
  • Track retention KPIs such as churn rates, player LTV, and active user metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Handle Player Feedback and Complaints.
  • Segment and Target Players.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement principles.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies to retain players, increase engagement, and reduce churn
  • Tailor retention efforts to various player segments, focusing on maximizing lifetime value (LTV)
  • Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour through data analytics tools. Ensure personalized rewards and bonuses are aligned with player preferences
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-game messages) aimed at reactivating dormant players and keeping active players engaged
  • Track the performance of campaigns and adjust based on results
  • Track retention KPIs such as churn rates, player LTV, and active user metrics
  • Generate regular reports on retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Handle Player Feedback and Complaints
  • Segment and Target Players.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement principles
  • Analytical skills and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
