As a Senior Brand Executive, you will support day-to-day brand operations for a fast-growing beauty brand. You will work closely with the Brand Lead to ensure consistency across digital, social, influencer, D2C, and retail touchpoints. Responsibilities include campaign execution, content planning, and stakeholder coordination. You'll also be involved in managing and executing integrated brand campaigns, collaborating with teams, and monitoring KPIs. Staying updated on industry trends and contributing fresh ideas to enhance brand relevance and storytelling is also important.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years of brand or digital marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media and D2C platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and understanding of brands.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines.
Good to have:
  • Passion for beauty and understanding of trends.
  • Understanding of AI tools is beneficial

Role: Senior Brand Executive

Location: Mumbai, India 

About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Brand Executive to support the day-to-day brand operations for a fast-growing beauty brand. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Brand Lead to ensure consistency across digital, social, influencer, D2C, and retail touchpoints. You’ll be hands-on with campaign execution, content planning, and stakeholder coordination, and will play a key part in bringing the brand’s voice and identity to life across channels.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Assist in managing and executing integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, and retail.
  • Work with creative, strategy, and performance teams to brief in content requirements and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Support the development of monthly content calendars and brand narratives.
  • Coordinate with influencer agencies and content creators for ongoing campaigns and product launches.
  • Track and organize asset production—from content briefs to final creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports for key brand initiatives.
  • Keep up with industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand relevance and storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 2–3 years of brand marketing or digital marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle sector.
  • A strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and D2C platforms.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and an understanding of what makes a brand stand out.
  • Comfort in working with fast-paced timelines and managing multiple deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Passion for beauty and understanding of trends in the category is a huge plus.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and elevating the brand narrative for these beauty brands, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across the team and with external partners. Your creative prowess and strategic acumen will be pivotal in ensuring the continued success and growth of these brands.
