We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of integrated & strategic account management and a proven track record in managing client relationships across Media, Technology, data and Creative. As an Integrated Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and marketing goals

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Single Point of Contact [ SPOC] – Collaborate across our global agency and proactively seed and build the business for the entire spectrum of our services.
  • Global Strategy Translation: Work closely with the global team and translate the global strategy in a relevant manner for the India operations of our client to add business value.
  • Client relationship management: Establish strong, long term client relationship at both the business as usual                (BAU) level and the senior management level
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop integrated customer & trade outreach and engagement plans that encompass traditional, digital, and emerging media channels + content + creative + technology + data
  • Complaint Handling: address complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Client ambassador: Act as the ambassador for the client within our agency, always prioritizing the client’s needs
  • Maintaining a constant communication at client and demonstrating KPI driven approach and thought process and similar engagement with internal stakeholders.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance metrics as per the client’s media principles.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including creative, digital, and analytics to deliver cohesive and effective integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinate with media vendors and partners to negotiate rates, placements, and added value opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Requires 8 to 10 years of experience in media planning and account.
  • Must have experience working with Global accounts preferably in CPG focusing on GenZ brands
  • Proven experience in integrated media planning and account management within an agency or media organization.
  • Strong understanding of media channels including digital, social, print, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
