As the Senior Director of Integrated Analytics at Nasdaq, you’ll oversee the analytics teams focused on Revenue and Web metrics, with the goal of enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading these teams to implement multiple analytics tools with the aim of delivering full-funnel reporting, aligning on divisional and enterprise KPIs, and supporting strategic initiatives with actionable, data-backed insights for senior leadership. With a strong focus on delivering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and other executive-level metrics, you'll provide expert guidance on analytics requests from the organization and help shape functional strategies that drive business performance. You’ll also champion data governance, promote a culture of high-performing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders in sales, marketing, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Revenue and Web Analytics teams to deliver unified metrics and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the development and implementation of full-funnel reporting and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key performance metrics.
- Contribute to the Data Governance process, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Guide senior leadership with strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- High level of familiarity with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and other executive-level metrics
- Provides leadership and direction through team members.
- Takes accountability for the performance and results of related teams and disciplines.
- Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategies, ensuring alignment with current trends and functional/business results.
- Formulates, communicates and executes both functional and organizational policies and practices.
- Implements and adapts plans to meet internal and external customer needs, ensuring alignment with strategy and expectations.
- Evaluates current business processes and systems, driving cost-savings and risk control.
- Applies expertise and understanding of competition and industry trends to projects, strategy, etc.
- Coaches and inspires lower level managers to achieve better performance.
- Motivates, develops, recruits and retains employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high performing teams.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for complex or high-priority analytics requests.
- Liaises with senior leadership in sales, marketing, and finance to develop reporting that will help them analyze their respective areas.
- Recommends and advocates for company involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mathematics, a quantitative field or Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years in analytics and data science, with a focus on marketing, revenue, and web analytics
- 5+ years managing analytics teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and platforms, including SQL and Python (Proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders as well as front-line team members
