Job Description

EA seeks a Senior Global Brand Manager for their Battlefield franchise. Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll collaborate with franchise leadership to define strategy, product positioning, and live service plans. Key responsibilities include accelerating business growth through multi-year strategic planning, market analysis to inform product roadmaps, and data-driven decision-making for content development and partner support. You'll also identify and develop new business opportunities, creating business cases and ROI analyses. A crucial aspect is understanding player journeys and crafting compelling messaging to maximize comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with global teams and external partners, leading marketing campaigns, and managing creative development and agencies.

Job Details

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic & experienced brand manager, focused on the iconic Battlefield franchise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Management, and as a senior member of the brand team, you will work with franchise leadership in further defining the franchise strategy, product positioning, and live service plans.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Grow the Business, responsible for accelerating growth of our existing business and generating new value:

    • In partnership with franchise leadership, develop and ensure ongoing refinement of a multi-year strategic growth plan across product, category and consumers.

    • Improve an understanding of the market opportunity, player needs, motivations, and trends to help inform product & live service roadmaps.

    • You will make data informed decisions that extend from the multi-year strategy including, annual content development, partner support plans, and performance metrics

    • Steward marketing and live service campaigns that create demand, reach, promote action, increase fan engagement, and achieve results

  • New Business Opportunities

    • As latest opportunities arise to improve how we deliver our games and content to players, you will build business cases, partnering with our finance and strategic insights teams to develop Return on investment analyses, recommendations and go-forward plans.

  • Be The Product Expert

    • Understand the player journey and create the best messaging that lives both in-game and out, ensuring that compelling product positioning and main player benefits are represented in the market with a strategic lens towards maximizing comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product management, or product marketing.

  • You will have experience hiring, developing, and leading teams.

  • Project management and coordination across global teams and external partners.

  • Experience creating successful marketing campaign outcomes based on goals and strategies

  • Experience in creative development and agency management.

  • Experience evolving consumer engagement and channel opportunities

  • Prior work with first party partners and gaming industry data sources.
