The analyst will work cross-functionally with HR teams. The job requires a strong understanding of HR systems, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global environment.

Job Description

The HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the global HR team by administering and optimizing our SuccessFactors system. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, enhancing system functionality, and implementing technical solutions, including reporting and analytics/BI solutions to drive efficiency in people processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day system support for HR teams worldwide, ensuring seamless operation, performance, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and lead problem-solving efforts, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools and BI visualization platforms like Tableau.
  • Implement data quality monitoring procedures and establish feedback loops to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in functional and end-user testing of new or modified system configurations.
  • Support testing for planned system upgrades and new feature implementations.
  • Deliver training and user support to HR stakeholders, identifying areas for further development and system optimization.
  • Work proactively and cross-functionally with HR teams to support a variety of global HR initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience working with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems (mandatory).
  • Strong system-oriented mindset with a self-learning approach, capable of understanding both functional and technical aspects of complex HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and leverage HR data.
  • Prior experience working in a global environment, supporting HR teams across different regions.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics.
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker, able to bring fresh solutions to system challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-driven, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
