Senior Silicon Chip Hardware Lead

This is our life’s work to amplify human creativity and intelligence! NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a hardware Chip Lead to be a vital member of the silicon productization team.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead silicon activities for NVIDIA's chip bringup efforts from pre-silicon through production.

• Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.

• Form the requirements across product features and align engineering towards them, reassessing in response to technical challenges and evolving market dynamics.

• Coordinate efforts across marketing, arch, characterization, and dev tech to translate perf, power, cost, and priority requirements into product definitions across all business units.

• Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules.

What we need to see:

• MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects that span geographic locations.

• Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in an energizing cross functional environment.

• Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days in Santa Clara, CA
