Job Summary
This Senior Supply Chain Finance Specialist role in the FP&A department supports the EMEA Supply Chain Finance business. The position involves critical inventory and cost accounting support for LMR business operations and manufacturing units in EMEA. The ideal candidate is a technology and system-savvy, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of multitasking and communicating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders in a rapidly growing environment.
Must Have
- Prepare and upload journal entries in Oracle
- Perform deferred cost analysis and COGS accounting
- Support cost accounting activities for EMEA entities and sites
- Manage and control Intercompany profit (ICP) entries for manual ordering activity within EMEA
- Analyze Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) for Israel operations
- Act as the focal point for Germany Cost to Come and SFM adjustment analysis
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations (using ARCs)
- Optimize month-end activity and processes to ensure timely closing
- Partner with the Supply Chain Finance team to provide necessary reports and analysis
- Coordinate Monthly Global Field Inventory Reconciliation and data reporting to management
- Perform various EMEA inventory reporting activities
- Conduct Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Analysis for field inventory (DE & UK)
- Coordinate EMEA quarterly reporting of Supply Chain P&L
- Support German statutory accounting for inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional matters
- Serve as a subject matter expert
- Support external and internal audit questions
- Drive process improvement and automation
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed
- Minimum 4 years of relatable finance experience
- University degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field
- Understanding of financial metrics: revenue, costs, and cash
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and quickly learn new accounting software and other systems
- Good time and task management skills, ability to work under time pressure
- Self-driven and highly motivated

Responsibilities:

Basic Requirements
