Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer II (Voice) at Nextiva, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability, performance, and reliability of our voice communication platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our voice services, as well as for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with other engineers and product managers to ensure that our voice services meet the needs of our customers.

Must have:

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with VoIP technologies, such as SIP and RTP.
Experience with Linux and scripting languages.

Good to have:

Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus or Grafana.
Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Puppet.
