- Detail study on client before sourcing profiles for the assigned mandates.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screening candidates at project level and after discussions over phone; validate interest and suitability.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening.
- Accurate and error-free entry of data collected over email on a given format.
- Scheduling the interview and co-ordinating the entire interview process.
- Follow-up on the interview status.
- Maintaining daily tracker and updating the submission database along with ATS.
- Escalate issues that can affect progress of work
- Awareness of latest IT Skills, market trend.
