Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screening candidates at project level and after discussions over phone; validate interest and suitability.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening.
Accurate and error-free entry of data collected over email on a given format.
Scheduling the interview and co-ordinating the entire interview process.
Follow-up on the interview status.
Maintaining daily tracker and updating the submission database along with ATS.
Escalate issues that can affect progress of work
Awareness of latest IT Skills, market trend.
