Playtika seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-cycle recruitment, from job scoping to contracts. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing of top talent through various channels, market intelligence on talent trends, and data-driven hiring using GreenHouse. The role requires strong collaboration with HR and business leaders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, expertise in sourcing passive candidates, proficiency with ATS platforms, and a strong understanding of the gaming/entertainment industry.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you’re a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves finding top talent, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring, from job scoping to contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify, engage, and convert top talent through various channels, including referrals, networking, and social media
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track and optimize key hiring metrics using GreenHouse and other ATS tools
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen brand presence through events, partnerships, and talent community engagement
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging hiring journey with clear communication and timely feedback
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in full-cycle IT recruitment, in a fast-paced company environment
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through direct outreach, networking and referrals
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining efficiency
  • Strong market intelligence, providing insights on talent trends and competitor hiring strategies
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (GreenHouse preferred) and recruitment analytics
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to align hiring strategies with business needs
  • Solid understanding of the gaming and/or entertainment industries
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset
  • A great sense of humour, because recruiting without laughs is like a job posting with no applicants :)
