We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you’re a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves finding top talent, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring, from job scoping to contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, engage, and convert top talent through various channels, including referrals, networking, and social media
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track and optimize key hiring metrics using GreenHouse and other ATS tools
- Employer Branding: Strengthen brand presence through events, partnerships, and talent community engagement
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging hiring journey with clear communication and timely feedback
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning
Requirements:
- 4+ years in full-cycle IT recruitment, in a fast-paced company environment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through direct outreach, networking and referrals
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining efficiency
- Strong market intelligence, providing insights on talent trends and competitor hiring strategies
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (GreenHouse preferred) and recruitment analytics
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to align hiring strategies with business needs
- Solid understanding of the gaming and/or entertainment industries
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset
- A great sense of humour, because recruiting without laughs is like a job posting with no applicants :)
