Job Description
- Experience with LLM-based embedding training and applications
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms
- 2+ years software development experience
- 2 years experience with data structures/algorithms
- 1 year experience with ML infrastructure
- 1 year experience with Generative AI concepts
- Code review for encoder-heavy models
- Client support and engagement
- Core modeling (adding models, loss functions, RL recipes)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
- 1 year of experience with core Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) and with text, image, video, or audio generation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with LLM-based embedding training and applications.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms.

Responsibilities
- Review the code base for encoder-heavy models and hybrid models.
- Train team members on client support and drive client engagements.
- Work in core Modelling by adding necessary models, loss functions, RL recipes, etc.
