The specialist will collaborate with various teams to attract top talent and reinforce the employer brand across key markets. This includes contributing to external communications, supporting internal communications, and creating engaging multimedia content to showcase the company's culture and values.

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Senior Communications & Content Marketing Specialist to support content creation, brand storytelling, employer branding, and broader corporate communications efforts. This role will work closely with the global Communications and Content team to develop high-quality marketing materials, blogs, press releases, social content, videos, customer stories, and employer brand initiatives. The specialist will contribute to Motive’s presence in key hiring regions, helping attract top talent and reinforce our employer brand across these key markets.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Contribute to external communications efforts, including PR-related content, awards, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Support internal communications to engage employees and amplify key messages from company leadership.

  • Develop compelling blog and content marketing assets that highlight Motive’s industry expertise.

  • Help shape and execute Motive’s employer brand strategy across global hiring regions.

  • Create engaging multimedia content that showcases Motive’s culture, values, and employee experience.

  • Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and social teams to drive talent marketing and elevate the candidate journey.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or employer branding, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to develop high-quality written and visual content that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional projects with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting both internal and external communications, including blog development, social media, and PR initiatives.

  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools.
