Your New Role
Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of video and static assets and layout for creative projects. Manages and develops a team of creative producers, designers and editors. Additionally, leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Dictate creative guidelines that define the tone, form and narrative of promotional video and static assets for Warner Bros. Discovery’s original content without losing sight of the positioning of the core brand and the different outlets, both traditional and digital.
  • Plan and supervise the production of original footage during pack days.
  • Ensure the technical, creative and leadership development of the team members. Management of the creative team.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication
  • 5 years of experience leading creative teams.
  • English fluent speaker and writer
  • Portuguese fluent speaker and writer
  • Adobe Premiere high-level user
  • Integrity. Reflects and transmits values and principles that allow the team to differentiate what is right form what is wrong.
  • Customer orientation.
