Team Coordinator is an entry-level position, and your primary role will be to support and assist Team Managers and our team of artists. Your job duties will include managing various aspects of the team, including coordination, communication, and administration.
Superpowers
you have are
- 1+ year of experience in the IT or Gamedev industry in roles such as Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Support Manager, or other coordination/support-focused positions;
- Knowledge of working with documents and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), including the ability to operate with formulas;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to handle conflict constructively, negotiate effectively, and build strong working relationships across diverse teams;
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a focus on results — eager to take ownership of coordination processes and contribute to continuous team improvement;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.

Previous experience in the GameDev industry or post-production environments, with an understanding of creative team workflows and delivery pipelines;

Familiarity with time-tracking and CRM/project management systems such as Jira, Asana, Redmine — understanding of core principles and ability to navigate them confidently;
- Basic understanding of People and Project Management.
As a part of Room 8
studio, you will
- Assist in gathering data for the sub-division’s performance analysis;
- Update capacity document based on Team Manager data;
- Create and assign Self-Education tasks to artists based on information from the Team Lead / Team Manager;
- Assist in the adaptation of new specialists;
- Gather the feedback needed for evaluation of the specialist; prepare all the data for the syncs;
- Participate in syncs, writing protocols for regular syncs with specialists, support the evaluation process in accordance with the Performance Review and Regular 1-on-1 policy;
- Control Time tracking of the team;
- Support with organization of demo/division’s events/team buildings;
- Assist in resolving issues with IT and Admin departments;
- Assist in the daily activities of the team;
- Assist with the materials collecting for the portfolio creation;
- Assist in checking permissions for publishing.
