Michal has more than 20 years of experience in managing local and international teams and business units across sectors such as FMCG, banking and education. In addition to his professional success, he also has a passion for dogs. He fully devotes his free time to his four-legged friend during walks and exercises.

Job description & summary

You will talk to tutors and students and coordinate trainings so very good communication and organizational skills is a must. Flexibility and motivation to learn new things is another important factor for your success.

As a Training Coordinator in PwC’s Academy team, you will:

  • Administratively support the whole study process 

  • Be a part of training organizations – gather feedbacks/best practices and help to develop new programs 

  • Work closely with the team on marketing support 

  • Create summaries of key issues 

  • Many other activities that give you and overview of our operation

Requirement of the role

  • Fluency in Czech and English 

  • Excellent working PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written form 

  • Responsible, ability to work independently, sense for detail 

  • Perfect time and task management 

  • Ability to learn new things quickly and handle new situations 

  • Team player
