  • Actively contribute to building and growing team capabilities, including skill development, morale, and project ownership
  • Collaborate with teams for timely, feature-driven sprints; balance innovation with practicality
  • Identify risks early and set clear milestones / adjust timelines as needed; cooperate with the team on task estimates and adjust as needed based on progress and retrospectives
  • Monitor progress, hold team accountable, address potential delays
  • Lead standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, adjusting as needed based on team capacity and feedback
  • Partner with other departments to meet functional and quality standards that ensure an engaging experience
  • Use testing and feedback to improve product quality
  • Act as the primary link between departments; ensure transparency and alignment
  • Provide updates, foster collaboration, and address potential conflicts efficiently
  • Ensure alignment with product vision, high-quality feature delivery, post-launch support, and KPI tracking for user satisfaction and monetization

Education/Skills

  • Proven experience in a lead or managerial design role (at least 3+ years), ideally in an educational product (gaming product a must)
  • Experience in building and optimizing design workflows, with the ability to scale processes effectively
  • Experience leading design projects from conception to completion, with a strong record of managing teams and projects successfully
  • Excellent English (B2/C1)

Benefits

  • 27 days of holidays per year
  • Company profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contribution

About The Company

Our story began with our first game, Arma: Cold War Assault, released back in 2001. Developed by just a handful of people, this PC-exclusive title became a massive success. It sold well over a million copies, received numerous industry awards, and was praised by critics and players alike. Since then, we've grown from a ragtag bunch of garage devs to an international family of over 400 professionals – working on major games like Arma 3, DayZ, Ylands, Vigor, and various other projects. Our ambition: to make games that act as platforms for people to explore, create, and connect.
