Job Description

The UA Manager will be responsible for the User Acquisition process within the R&D team, including campaign launches, management, analysis, and optimization. The role requires a data-driven approach to analyze campaigns and develop advertising campaign guidelines. The manager will generate creative ideas in collaboration with other teams and conduct audience research. The role also involves organizing brainstorming sessions and developing marketing hypotheses. The ideal candidate should be an expert in User Acquisition, campaign management, and performance analysis with excellent communication skills.
Must have:
  • Proven User Acquisition experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with creative managers.
  • Excellent research skills including audience analysis.
  • Structured thinking and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Good to have:
  • Copywriting experience.
  • Experience working with funnels or funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the User Acquisition process within the R&D team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and develop clear “rules of engagement” for advertising campaigns.
  • Generate creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM.
  • Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Organize brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses (creatives, funnels, ad campaigns) with PMM, CMM, and GM.
