Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Validation Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Review and validation of prompts prepared by the content team;
    • Testing the bot (mobile app and web version) for compliance with quality and ethical standards;
    • Analysis of test results and suggestions for improving content quality;
    • Data annotation for further bot training;
    • Participation in creating datasets for bot training;
    • Involvement in the development of the product's ethical policy, providing suggestions and feedback;
    • Generating ideas to improve the quality of prompts and datasets for bot training.

    We expect from you:

    • Knowledge of AI and LLM (Large Language Model), including key terms and principles of their operation;
    • Advanced prompt engineering skills;
    • Understanding of ethical standards in the online space and AI field;
    • Preferred: experience in creating and annotating datasets;
    • English proficiency at the C1 level.
