💼 About the position:

Join us as a VP of Operations to bring clean solar energy to Mexico You’ll work closely with our Operations Team to play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning with the company’s priorities. You’ll take charge of everything related to the design, approval, installation, procurement, and maintenance of distributed solar photovoltaic systems. Your focus will be on scaling operations to deliver over 300 MW+ of solar energy in the next few years, ensuring projects are completed on time, under budget, and performing at 100% of expected production. Additionally, you’ll build and enhance our partner ecosystem of installers and service providers while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction (NPS > 50). With full accountability for the budget and your team’s success, this role is your chance to lead impactful operations in one of the most exciting renewable energy markets.

• An Industry Specialist in Solar and Construction: You have hands-on experience in construction or real estate, with a strong understanding of solar projects and the project management and licensing processes in Mexico.

• A Hands-On Leader: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, demonstrating a scrappy, hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving execution with precision.

• A Data-Driven Strategist: You excel at making well-structured, data-backed decisions and setting up processes and metrics that ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
