Job Description
Scopely's GSN Casino team in Bangalore seeks a 2D Animation Intern for hybrid work. Responsibilities include creating fun and entertaining animations based on design briefs, applying animation principles effectively, and showcasing proficiency in drawing, coloring, and rendering. The ideal candidate possesses strong fundamental knowledge of 2D animation, beginner-to-mid-level animation skills, and basic knowledge of Spine or Adobe Animate (Spine preferred). A strong academic or professional portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D art and character anatomy is required. The intern should be passionate about animation and art, a quick learner eager to acquire new skills, and able to translate ideas into engaging animations.
Must have:
- Strong 2D animation fundamentals
- Beginner-mid level animation skills
- Basic Spine or Adobe Animate knowledge
- Proficiency in drawing, coloring, rendering
- Strong portfolio
Good to have:
- Spine knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge

Scopely is looking for an 2D Animation Intern to join our GSN Casino team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do
• Should have the strong academic/fundamental knowledge of 2d animation
• Should have beginner to mid level animation skills
• Should have basic knowledge of Spine or Adobe Animate (Spine knowledge is huge plus)
• Should have the basic academic/fundamental knowledge of 2d art, strong understanding of character anatomy
• Candidate should be able to translate the ideas, design brief into fun and entertaining animations with effective application of animation principles
• Proficiency in drawing, colouring, rendering
• Candidate should be passionate about Animation & art
• Strong academic or professional portfolio
• Should be a quick learner and eager to learn the required new things/skills
What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Spine/Adobe Animate
• Good knowledge of Photoshop
