We have an exciting role of Specialist – 3D Design to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and enhance the quality of output.
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups for use in advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, realism, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manipulate and modify existing 3D assets to fit specific project needs, including resizing, retexturing, and optimizing for various platforms and formats.
- Apply advanced rendering techniques and post-processing effects to enhance the visual quality of 3D assets and achieve desired artistic outcomes.
- Assist in the integration of 3D elements into live-action footage, ensuring seamless integration and realistic compositing.
- Collaborate with animators and motion graphics artists to create visually captivating and engaging 3D animations and visual effects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets, software, and rendering processes, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design, animation, and rendering, AI and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources effectively and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams and clients
You will be working closely with
Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have
- 6-9 years' experience as a 3D Generalist, preferably within an advertising agency or production studio setting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Expertise in industry-standard 3D software, such as Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Experience with advanced rendering techniques and post-processing effects.
- Solid knowledge of compositing and integrating 3D elements into live-action footage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
