POSITION SUMMARY
The Daily Wire is looking for a highly motivated Ad Sales Coordinator to join our Ad Development team in Nashville, TN! The Ad Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting revenue generation, campaign execution and reporting across all Daily Wire properties, working closely with Sales Planning and Client Success functions.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising Operations
Process all incoming insertion orders in internal systems to ensure accurate reporting and execution. Process all advertising campaign invoices at month end. Partner with internal teams to vet all potential advertisers. Partner with Sales and internal teams to manage all podcast ad copy and coordinate collection of required assets for advertising campaigns. Coordinate delivery of ad product to our talent. Assist Ad Sales team with order management system maintenance and accuracy. Partner with production on any last-minute ad placements or changes that may occur before or after work hours
 
Sales Support
Partner with Ad Sales team to revise media kits quarterly. Partner with Ad Sales team to create advertiser case studies. Assist Ad Sales team with any ad hoc duties as assigned.
 
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
 
Education
At minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
 
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- 1-2 years in assistant or coordinator position preferred. Experience in Media/Advertising is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and self-starter attitude required; must be able to analyze and input data and complete duties without strong oversight and under tight deadlines
- Must be able to multitask and pivot quickly when priorities shift in a dynamic environment
- Strong organization and time management skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google suite required
- Passion for news/current events a plus
Reports to: Sr. Manager of Sales Operations
Start date:  Immediate
Employment type:  Full-time; Non-Exempt
Compensation:  Dependent upon experience
